This beautiful residence with a large garden offers luxurious family suites in Keitum, in the Nordfriesland district, on the North Sea island of Sylt.
Barbian Family House is decorated in a country-house style, and provides an ideal place to come on holiday for families with children.
Barbian Family House was newly opened in June 2008, and offers a selection of 7 luxurious and individually decorated theme suites. Each suite features a private terrace, children’s room and a pantry kitchen. Some of the suites each have their own private sauna and a fireplace.
Several evenings each week family dinners are organised for house guests. These range from set menus, buffets or barbecues, depending on the season. Younger guests can also amuse themselves in the Baby & Kids Lounge, and there is a childminding service for children between 4 months and 6 years old.
Here in the Barbian Family House you can live in style, and watch your children play in the 4,000 m² garden with its swimming pool.

Payment and cancelation conditions
These are general hotel policies for Barbian Family House. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children from 12 to 17 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children under 7 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
